The SJV Softball team had a dominant 7-0 home victory against Freehold Township yesterday, bouncing right back from their first loss of the season. Sophomore Brynn Utter had a great game, leading the Lancers with two RBIs, two runs scored, and two stolen bases.

Junior Madison McDougall and senior Stephanie Csontos combined for twelve strikeouts, letting up only one hit throughout the entire game.

The Lancers also celebrated Nicole Giglio, Kelli Plumaker, Stephanie Csontos, and Elisabeth Figliolino for their senior night.

Our Lancers proved that they are relentless and can come back from anything. They will definitely be a force to be reckoned with this season! The Lancers will be back at home against Colts Neck on Tuesday! Let’s go, Lancers!
