Application Process
Thank you for your interest in Saint John Vianney High School, the online application can be found HERE. When filling out the online application, please be sure to accurately select the school year your child is applying for. Please follow the procedures listed below and do not hesitate to call the Office of Enrollment Management at 732-931-2053 ext. 155 or 117 if you have any questions.
High School Placement Test
Once you have completed the online application, your child is registered for the High School Placement Test. You will receive an email the week of the test with strict instructions on what time you should arrive and your testing room. We ask that no parent enter the building. Any student with an IEP or ISP, please upload the first page of your plan on your Open Apply portal. Your child will receive extra time for the test.
Request for Records
This form enables us to receive the applicant's previous academic and attendance records from their current school. This form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian of the applicant. Please return this form to the Admissions Office for forwarding to the respective schools. The Admissions Committee reviews 6th, 7th, and 8th grade academic, attendance, and extra-curricular records when making their final determination.

Decision Timeline
Upon receipt of the following items, the Admissions Committee will begin to make acceptance decisions sometime in December.

All admission decisions will be available for viewing online. Parents will be notified when decisions are available. Note: If accepted, immunizations must be up-to-date by the time of course selection.
